Terms of sales

1) - Preamble

1.1) - The commercial website “Eurasian Style” is a channel of sale set up by:

1.2) - Acceptance of the general terms of sale
The customer who buys on this site admits having taken knowledge and to accept the conditions of sale described here.
 
 

2) - Price and payment

2.1) - The selling prices on the site Eurasian Style are indicated in euro, dollar, pound sterling; all inclusive of tax except shipping costs. The shipping costs are added at the cost of sale.

2.2) - Deliveries apart from Europe : taxes and customs are fully in charge of the customer.

2.3) - The customer is indebted full amount of his order.

2.4) - The order must be paid to be validated. Only validated orders are processed. Pending order are cancelled after 20 days.

2.5) - The payment methods accepted on the site are:
- Paypal
- Credit card (CB, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via Paypal.
- Cheque with the following reserve: only if the bank account of the customer is located in France.

3) - Customer order

3.1) - The order placed by the customer is accepted after complete payment of the products and the shipping costs.

3.2) - a confirmation e-mail with the summary of the order is sent to the customer for main status changes.

4) - Retractation and Return

4.1) - In accordance with the laws in France, the customer has a 14 days max after receiving the parcel to take advantage of his right of retractation and send back the order.

The customer must contact the customer service client@eurasian-style.com to get an return agrement.

The customer can send back partially or completely the received order.

4.2) - The products must be returned in the same condition (new), not used and packed as well as  the reception way.

4.3) - All the expenses of return are in charge of the customer and are not refund. The customer will have to keep all the evidence of this return.

4.4) - After reception of the return Eurasian Style will refund the customer regarding the products sent back within  14 days.
Refunding is done with the same payment method as used by the customer during the ordering.

5) - Delivery

5.1) - The customer order is prepared and dispatched in 48heures after the acceptance of order.
Eurasian Style informs the customer by e-mail for real shipping date.

5.2) - The delivery address used is the one indicated by the customer during the validation of the order.

5.3) - The transport is done by La Poste and international partners. The customer assumes the risk during transport.

5.4) - The delivery lead time depends on the destination.
La Poste sets as an indication (noncontractual) delivery lead time : 2 - 4 working days for the Metropolitan France. 5 - 15 working days for international delivery.

Eurasian Style can not be held responsible for delays due to carriers, whatever the reason (strike, accident or other).

At the end of 30 days after the date of the departure of delivery and without opinion of the customer, Eurasian Style regards the delivery as completed.

5.5) - It is up to the customer to make research and the claims at La Poste in the event of nondelivery.  Eurasian Style provides the documents in proof of forwarding.

6) - Not conformity, error of delivered products

6.1) - If the articles delivered to the customer would not be in conformity with the order, the customer informs the customer service of Eurasian Style: client@eurasian-style.com, in the 48 hours at the latest according to the reception of the order, by describing nonconformity objectively. Beyond the 48 hours, the delivery is considered in conformity with the order.

6.2) - After agreement of Eurasian Style, the customer can return the following order partially or completely at the address:

6.3) - The products must be returned in the same condition (new), not used and packed as well as for the reception.

6.4) - Except explicit agreement from Eurasian-style, all the expenses of return are fully in charge of the customer. The customer will have to preserve all the evidence of this return.

6.5) - Eurasian Style will refund the customer within a time 14 days as from the reception by Eurasian Style of the return.
Refunding is done with the same means of payment as that used by the customer during the ordering.

7) - Your personal data

When you are registered, you place an order, you contact us,

we collect informations about you : name, first name, address, e-mail, descriptions of the ordered products, method of payment.

These informations serve us to treat your order : establish the delivery slip, the invoice,
possibly solve a dispute or insure the after-sales service.
They can be necessary to answer to administration demand as fiscal or legal requests.

Other optional informations can be collected : date of birth, sex, phone number.
A part of these data (sex, age) are grouped for our statistics and customer knowledge.

All the informations are stored in our databases hosted in France.
We share none of your informations, we do no transfer your informations.

Personnal data are kept for a maximal duration of 5 years. This to finalize our service
and to conform us to the legislative and legal obligations.

In accordance with the General Regulation on the Data Protection (RGPD), you have rights relative to your personal information.

- Rights of access to your information
  By connecting you on your account, you can reach the personal information which we store concerning you and to receive a copy from it.

- Rights of corrections and right to the lapse of memory
  By connecting you on your account, you can modify, restrict, remove a part or delete totally your personal data.

The software we use to build our web store contains the operational modules conform to the RGPD.
